Alaska Nonresident Hunting and Fishing Licenses
Fishing, Hunting, Trapping Licenses: Residents and nonresidents under the age of 16 do not need to purchase a sport fishing license. Residents under the age of 16 do not need to purchase a hunting or trapping license. A sport fishing, hunting, or trapping license is not required of a resident who is 60 years of age and meets the license residency definition. A Permanent Identification Card will be issued without charge to persons who qualify by age and residence and who complete an
application.
